Medical services in the Ukraine are not like they are in the west. If you have the unfortunately unlucky opportunity to visit the typical Ukrainian medical service you are literally taking your life in your own hands. DO NOT DO IT!!!!

Conditions are fair in Kiev but in provincial towns they are absolutely dangerous.
